12/15/2014 4D Tactical, Darley Defense Team At WEPTAC 2015

March 28, 2015

Seminole, FL—4D Tactical LLC, a leading supplier of innovative personal protective equipment (PPE), is proud to announce that it will be exhibiting at the upcoming Weapons and Tactics Conference (WEPTAC) Industry Trade Show (January 14, 2015; Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, NV). Organized by the Combat Air Forces, WEPTAC gathers together warfighters from the US Air Force and the other armed services to discuss issues and technologies with a particular focus on solving current challenges and preparing for the future. After a gratifying response in 2014, 4D Tactical will be showcasing multiple product offerings including its newly designed low profile ballistic helmet pads.

Developed specifically to fit low profile helmets, these new pads provide the type of ballistic performance normally delivered by pads with two times the thickness. These innovative pads provide new options for companies working to produce helmets with lower form factors.

A member of the Salvo Technologies LLC group of companies, 4D Tactical produces protective gear ranging from body armor to blast resistant seating. Innovative features include thermal and moisture wicking layers designed to keep the user comfortable and dry even in the most difficult of conditions. Co-exhibitor Darley Defense has been a distributor of 4D Tactical products since May 2014.

“Exhibiting at WEPTAC gives us an opportunity to meet with our US military customers,” said Heidi Dennis, vice president of operations. “We were delighted with the response last year and look forward to another chance to meet with the users in this dynamic market.”
